I am looking for an experienced and highly skilled bassist to join my 4-piece gigging band. I am a San Francisco singer-songwriter with a laser focus on writing, recording, and performing my original music – bold alternative rock with a compelling, sometimes edgy clarity with flavors of blues and Americana.

I am currently recording new material with a new, very exciting producer team of Clarence Collins (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Little Anthony and the Imperials) and Pat Thrall (4 Grammy nominations; Pat Travers Band, Hughes/Thrall, Meatloaf, Asia, Tina Turner and *many* others), and very intriguing plans are in the works when our lineup is complete.

We are looking for a masterful bassist who drives a strong groove and locks in tight with the rest of the band. A broad knowledge of effects, tones, and techniques is essential, as well as creative and tasteful construction of fills and solos. We are looking for someone who resonates deeply with the music and is a compelling performer with a strong stage presence. Backing vocal skills are a big plus. Female bassists are strongly encouraged to apply.

The ideal bandmate is someone who works hard, loves my music, is a quick learner, plays well with others musically and personally, is reliable, chill, and flexible, and wants to join a gigging band for a long-term partnership with good people who are excellent, focused, hard-working musicians. We currently rehearse weekly at Secret Studios at 2200 Cesar Chavez Street in San Francisco.
