About Martha

I am a San Francisco singer-songwriter with a laser focus on writing, recording, and performing my original music – bold alternative rock with provocative clarity and flavors of Americana and blues. I am currently recording new material with producer Pat Thrall (4 Grammy nominations; Pat Travers Band, Hughes/Thrall, Meatloaf, Asia, Tina Turner and *many* others) and Clarence Collins (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Little Anthony and the Imperials). The first single created with them — BE RIGHT BACK — released on January 16, 2026; listen HERE. Intriguing plans are in the works when our lineup is complete.

Our Keyboardist

We are looking for a masterful keyboardist with solid keyboard performance experience (rock, hard rock, alternative, blues, R&B, etc) to join our 4-piece gigging band. Backing vocals a big plus. We are looking for someone who resonates deeply with the music and is a compelling performer with a strong stage presence and outstanding keyboard work. Comfort playing more than 1 keyboard at once and operating tech on stage is a big plus. Female keyboardists are strongly encouraged to apply.

The ideal bandmate is someone who works hard, loves my music, is a quick learner, plays well with others musically and personally, is reliable, chill, and flexible, and wants to join a gigging band for a long-term partnership with good people who are excellent, focused, hard-working musicians. We currently rehearse weekly at Secret Studios at 2200 Cesar Chavez Street in San Francisco.
